Creation of a new artefact in collaboration with a business designer within the same cell in order to illustrate wire frames or prototypes with key business requirements and capability call outs.
Project Specifics
The artefact was created using key information pulled out of the brief by the respective business designer and highlighting key areas within the design that fulfilled the specific elements of the brief with rationale to explain the design choices.
Some of the information captured within the document included:
- Pre-requesits to the feature/functionality of the design that needed to be implemented before the product would be viable
- Rationale for the specific design feature or choice in answer to a specific section of the brief
- Capability linked to the larger over-arching initiative of the product teams
- KPIs for tracking results of a particular feature within the design to measure success rate
The template was also expanded to be flexible and accommodate different variations of information required for handover, enabling it to be used for multiple types of design projects across the wider team
